OVERVIEW
Warner Bros. Games, in collaboration with Lucas Films, sought a distinctive and engaging advertising experience through Amazon’s On Box Advertising platform for the highly anticipated release of the LEGO Star Wars: Skywalker Saga video game.
In my role, I meticulously prepared the key art and design assets for the LEGO Star Wars Amazon boxes, ensuring strict adherence to the brand guidelines. This involved guaranteeing that all elements, including colors and typography, were in line with the specifications and that they maintained optimal legibility. I attended the press check during the production process to ensure the accurate representation of colors and the high-quality execution of the designs.
Utilizing Figma, I created a custom Amazon landing page that integrated digital downloads. The landing page showcased an exclusive poster, in-game character unlock code, and a carousel of game features and screenshots. I provided direction on motion, interactivity, and animation to the design technologist, who implemented a parallax scrolling experience and sticky footer for the “Add to Cart” shopping feature. The design was also created with responsiveness in mind.
Ad Awareness for the campaign outperformed OOH norms by almost 5X the Kantar Normative Benchmark.
